Hi, I've done a sim swap a few hours ago and I'm still unable to make or receive any calls.

Keep rebooting the phone to help bring the sim online.

Check for network faults here O2 Service Status

Try your sim in another phone to rule out phone problems and if all fails, contact O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If this was a replacement sim due to a lost or stolen one, you will have bars on your account that need removing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
