Hi, ordered a device yesterday which stated it was in stock and selected a delivery slot for today. I've been told this morning that they're now waiting delivery for the device as its out of stock. How long will I have to wait for this?

Unfortunately we have no idea @Lucy13 

o2 don't run a live stock system, so although most things show as in stock in reality they are not.

Your best bet is to contact the sales team.

Message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
