Hi . I am a new customer . My acc does not work correctly. It doesn't show bills,current charges, and wifi calling ot volte calling don't work. Contacted o2 on tweeter. Nothing. Any idea ??? Everything showing . Something went wrong. Thanks.

There is currently a service issue with the billing platform, that is being resolved by o2, so for now just hang fire, and try again later,
