My phone is being picked up tomorrow through an insurance claim I made, I’m just confused as my boyfriend who was my 2nd contact number has received a text with a claim no. And something about being able to manage it in the DPD app but I’ve received no email or info telling my what to do and the link for the DPD app just takes me to the website nothing else

It must be an oversight on O2's part.
