Cannot contact O2 regarding order

I ordered a phone package a week ago and cannot contact o2 to find out why it still has not been delivered.

Why can I not speak to a customer adviser online?

Why does a communications company not have e-mail contact?

Completely mad.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
