Big bundle charged but not allowed

Hi all, I paid £10 for renewal of big data bundle and then switched to £5 big bundle by mistake and attempted to cancel it. But the £10 had already been taken out of my account, so now when I switched back to £10 big bundle It says I need to top up again? Could someone please advise me, I have been charged and can’t get the benefits from it?

You'll need to call 4445 to speak to customer service.
