phone upgrade

Im thinking of upgrading to a htc m9 which has a nano sim, will o2 automatically send me a nano sim when i upgrade? Or do i have to arrange getting one somehow? thanks in advance

  Yes you will receive a nano som with it . When you get it, all you have to do is activate it. Hope this helps

Or @Anonymous you can do as I did.....took my phone and sim into my Local O2 shop and they transferred everything over in 10 minutes flat. I came out of the shop with the sim swap completed.....instead of waiting up to 24 hrs for it to activate...simples
