Hi, I'm planning to upgrade my device and have found out about o2 open, which my employer is signed up to. It says that it can't be used in conjunction with any other offers.

When I try to upgrade online the website is insisting on putting some free Samsung Buds in my basket. I can't find a way to remove these but I am concerned that they will prevent me receiving the o2 Open discount. It says that you receive the Buds by redemption, so I assume I'd have to send off for them.

Does anyone know if having this in my basket when I purchase the upgrade will stop me receiving o2 Open? Even if I don't then redeem the offer for the Buds?

Have tried to ring but massive queues and reduced opening hours 😞

Thanks very much!

Liz

@Honeycombe100

It's not a problem.

It means other discounts not promotional items.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
