Upgrading on a sim only tarriff

Hi,

I am currently on a sim free deal until July 2018. My daughters phone has broken and I want to give her my current iPhone. In order to do that I want to upgrade but would I have to wait until July?

I would like the iPhone X but quite frankly O2 prices for that phone are very expensive compared to other deals I have seen.

Anynadvice appreciated.

You can upgrade from a simo after 3 months if you meet the criteria.

To upgrade on a sim only after 3 months you can only do it through O2 despite being cheaper elsewhere. And yes, the iphoneX is expensive via O2 Refresh but your only option would be to apply for a contract through other sources. The beauty about upgrading via O2 is that there is no credit check.
