Hi all, Not sure if this is the right place but here goes anyway. Basically, i've got a new account and i'd like to transfer my old number across (Both O2), however, the previous account is in my now ex-Stepmothers name. Is there anyway to transfer the number without involving her at all (or with as little contact as possible), as it would involve a lot of awkwardness to try and organsise. Cheers.

hi There,
Unfortunately in order to do the transfer you either need to call 202 together or she needs to call first, add a specific password that she would have to give you to quote when you call back. Hope this helps
