Hi, i've received my new S4 today, i am trying to get the new Microsim registered, i have tried 3 times on SIM swap and waited over an hour each time and i have not received my 6 digit code. I have also tried the 20220 text option to do this and received nothing again. So basically ive been trying for 5 hours now to get it registered but received nothing and now the swap sim page says maximum tries attempted today, try again tomorrow!
Can you call o2 and get this done over the phone?
Its becoming really frustraing now.
