O2 open

Having recently upgraded I was told that my o2 open discount would still be applied once I re-text the code to o2open, however the reply came back saying that all my discounts had been used, any idea how I resolve this issue and get the discount back ?

You need to apply for a new code.
Since the rules changed last September you can only use the code once now.

Indeed...as the guide was updated in September of last year when the change took place

@Anonymous have you a discount on another O2 number, or at any stage have you given the code to friends or family to use?

Initially the offer used to permit up to 5 friends and family to use the code, however the rules changed a few months ago to be 1 code can be used for phone and 1 for mobile broadband, and it cannot be shared out, so if you have a friend / family member already using your code you won't be able to have the discount again for you
