New Sim not Working

Hello, I got a new SIM in and it's not connecting to the network. I don't have access to my old SIM (it's broken), meaning I can't actually access my phone number to activate the new SIM via text, let alone verify anything. I do have a security question and was promoted when calling by a bot, but I don't know the question (so I can't remember the answer - my mum made this for me when I was underage so it's probably an older question).

Unsure what to do as livechat isn't online and calling their support just took me to a bot which disconnected me.
