International help

Hi I’ve just recently had to make an urgent trip to Australia and I’m not sure how long I will be here for. I can’t call the o2 number for advice I want to change over to PAY AS U GO and keep my number, what can I do?

It's free to call customer services from a contract phone http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
They will transfer you to PAYG but there will be fees if you are still in contract.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
