I have just got a new phone, but unfortunately the data does not seem to work.... My phone will only link to the internet but not the data whilst I'm out and about....would be really grateful for any advice!!!

Have you got mobile data turned on whilst out and about? You don't say what phone you have but if it's an iPhone you need to make sure you have an iData Bolt on.
