Changing from rolling contract to top-up contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

I wish to cancel my rolling contract and change it to a proper 'pay-as-you-go', i.e. top up as required. I would like to stay with O2 and keep the same number. How do I do this? The 'Live Chat' didn't seem to be live.

Simply call CS on 202 and request they switch you to a PAYG account.
They will send you a sim with your number one through the post.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
