Recently i was porting out EE and in O2, the issues i faced was there's no text any more after porting,
make the PSYG card, problems for topping and receiving texts for verifications from third parties.
Had searched and tried the normal ways including call for help which let me wait, my question is, if i wanna solve the issue faster,
1, I should go to O2 store ask stuff help?
2, If i change it to a better plan, monthly paid plan?
Please advise, how to solve it, and i heard others also have similar issues which solved automaticly after 2 weeks, not sure if mine is same, while i had also waited for 2 weeks when i think of made this post.
