I haven't recieved my accessory order...according to the courier they've delivered it but I have been in the house all day.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.

The problem with couriers is they like the pass the blame. It is the responsibility of the said company and courier to locate the goods not yours. Like MI5 says, let O2 know so they can chase it up.
