Lost my job cause of covid have no income. Had to get emergency loan off council and o2 have taken all of it for a late bill. I have no food no electricity no hot water but o2 have taken my EMERGENCY money. I NEED THAT MONEY BACK NOW!!!

Unfortunately, if the money was in the bank at the same time as your direct debit was due, then they will have just debited it as normal, as they wouldn't know the source of the funds..
