Can't sleep

In the past 3 days I've had 10 hours of sleep think I've got insomnia does anyone else suffer with sleeping

I did, i was sleeping 3 hours a night and throwing myself out of the bed as my body woke me up,  and zoning out at work as it turned out last year I was diagnosed with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and was stopping breathing a ridiculous amounts of time a night... 

So my advice is speak to your Doctor if you can get through to them, and force them to take it seriously
