I recently received a letter stating that my latest airtime bill would be £24.38 - having just changed contract to get 50GB instead of 36GB - using a hotspot dongle for my laptop. This evening, i received an email stating that my latest airtime bill is now £58.69! Oh and when i signed into O2 - to check my airtime bill - this is what i got - please help.
