So before I take to social media … My daughters pay monthly SIM hasnt worked since MAY when this saga started . When ever we try to get it fixed the O2 response is sending a text to her phone that doesn’t work ., I have spent hours waiting for the helpline to respond .. they dont … the web chat says agents are busy constantly . I have been paying for this for five months with no usage from her as she cant access it . I have been sent a new SIM which I cant activate because she cant text SWAP to the 20220 number BECAUSE HER PHONE DOESNT WORK ..I tried the call centre another 30 minute wait for someone to answer no one does, tried web chat that isnt working either … beyond fed up can anyone help
