Despite O2 claiming that the signal in my postcode is good indoors and outside the signal in my house is virtually non existant and if I do get to receive or make a call the calls fade and drop out and the reception is generally bad. Mostly I have to use my broadband and in a power cut I would be stu k if I needed urgent help for my medical condition. What can o2 do about this

No mobile network guarantees 100% uptime so regardless of the signal you achieve, you could always be left stranded.
WiFi calling can help when your broadband is running https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling but if you rely on 100% reliable communication with the outside world you need to find a backup plan to allow you to do so.
