I've ordered the new galaxy watch 4 , when ordering the item said it was In  stock now I've been told 6 weeks , I'd like to cancel the order as I'm not waiting 6 weeks, I can go to curry's and get the item tomorrow morning ... I've tried calling customer services for the last 2 days and got nowhere fast... its impossible to get hold of anyone there , it's an absolute disgrace for a company of o2 stature that no-one is available to chat to , quick enough to take my money but not quick enough to answer the phone , how do I contact them to cancel without going to an o2 store as I don't have time

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

We are all customers and dont have access to any o2 accounts
