Hello,

This may sound like a stupid question, but I am looking at changing tariffs and want to understand the impact it will have on my next bill. My current tariff is £17.50 per month and I am looking to move to a tariff which is £12.00 per month, under one of your current offers. If I change today am I right in thinking I will be charged 8 days at the £17.50 rate, and then 23 days at the new rate of £12.00 - so essentially my bill for January will be approx. £13.50 and then from February onwards it will be £12.00 per month?

Thank you in advance

Regards

Exactly that. You will pay pro rata for whats left of your existing tariff and new tariff. Then the following month it will be the new tariff price.
