When I log onto My o2 it displays my name but a different phone number and the details regarding my tariff are also incorrect. Any ideas on how to fix it please?

@Strad You should be able to change things in the 'Manage my Details' section. If you can't alter anything, call customer service: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
