I have tried logging into the app but it’s been unsuccessful it’s saying the email address is not recognised as a user when I login, however I when I login online on the browser it works fine. Please assist?

You do really need to speak to customer service to have them look at your log in issues. They should be able to reset it for you. Or call instore to have a Guru look at the problem.
