I am leaving O2 shortly, unfortunately I struggle with network coverage at home even with a boost box. I am currently out of contract and intend to change networks in the next few days once I receive the PAC for my devices. My billing date is the 20th of the month, will I be charged a further months contract after this date? I am I still required to give 30 days notice if I am out of contract. Thanks

Once you have received your pac & given it to your new provider then a final bill will be produced

@howard yes, you are required to give 30 days notice. If you port away before the 30 days you will lose the allowan6and still be charged for them.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
