Hi @Anonymous it maybe because your 3G/4G signal is not strong enough to load data or you may have run out of your data allowance

If you are roaming then your data speeds will be throttled

Have you recently changed tariff or upgraded? Check in My O2 if you have the idata bolt on. Text ACTIVE and to 2020, save the text message settings and reboot the phone.
