Have you performed the swapmysim if you've needed a different sized SIM card ?

If you have sim swapped, has the old sim turned off yet?

Did you follow the swap instructions to get the code ?
The original sim would cease which indicates the simswap has started and then service starts on the new sim from a few minutes to 24 hours.
Typically turning the phone off and on throughout that period helps the re connection to the network.
You may need to either ring Cs to have it checked tomorrow as they are shut now or pop into an O2 high street store where they will do the swap onto a new blank SIM card.
Cs is 0844 8090200 or 202 from a working phone with an O2 SIM card in it.
The SIM card you have may be faulty.

You can also text through word swap to 20220 from your original sim.
