sim doesnt work

Unlatching a Samsung device : 
 Insert another network active SIM in the handset. 
 This should ask for a code. 
 Input the 8 digit unlock code when requested. 
 The device will now be unlocked. 

 Note: If the unlocking code is entered incorrectly 3 times the device 
will be locked.

Which bit doesn't work for you?

I’m assuming the code isn’t working so you may need to call customer service on 202
