phone upgrade - sim wont work

Just upgraded to new phone, sony experia M, which arrived in post today.  Old sim from last phone is full size so put the new micro one in that came in the box.  Now just get an error message code mm#2.  Any help?

The sim isn't provisioned so you need to do a sim swap:

Have you performed the sim swap?

 

Either text SWAP to 20220 or do it using the online form

It cam take from a a few minutes to 24 hours to fully swap.

 

The service on your original sim will stop and your new sim will start.

 

Keep turning your phone off and on to help reset it.
