i need to change my tarriff streight away.. is this possible or do i have to wait till my next bill..

You can choose a new tariff in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but if you want to start it immediately you need to call CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or it will only take effect from your next bill cycle or anniversary date.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
