Note 7 exchange

Can someone please help! I've brought a galaxy note 7 off of eBay it come brand new in the box with the reicept of purchase from o2 how do I go about the exchange? I can't get hold of the seller. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

I wonder if the seller was aware of the recall/battery issue before they put the phone up for sale on Ebay?Smiley Sad Pretty poor show if this is the case...

Maybe, but many just get an upgrade and sell immediately for cash.

Clearly they didn't want the phone so I imagine they are laughing all the way to the bank.
