Galaxy S2 software upgrade with a Mac

HHiyas anyone upgraded a galaxy S2 via Kies on a mac? Just wondering if it can be done whilst keeping your sanity.

I don't have a MAC but there is a specific Kies download for MAC.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone7 (EE)
