Hi as anybody got any ideas what I can do I have been on a sim only since June I phoned 02 upgrade team up and asked when I can get an upgrade to a phone they said December in October 02 phoned me saying I could get a Nintendo switch which I got and paid it off in full last month phoned up for my upgrade today they say I can't upgrade till April because my sim was upgraded in October which I never did it was 02 what upgraded my sim only they put me back on my original plan said upgrade date would be back to original date but they are saying they can't override decision I'm not happy about this thanks

You don't have to go with what they suggest.
It's just to entice you in.
Go through the upgrade options in your MyO2 and choose what you want.
