Hello,
Like a lot of people i am struggling to make a payment i will be able to do it on the 25th of this month.

Tried to call billing and it pays a message like if important go online. Then terminates the call

I go online get the payment management number gives me options to pay and when I think I'm getting somewhere to talk to advisor (security questions) it plays the if urgent go online then hangs the phone up.

On the section on the website it says if you don't let us know you are struggling we will apply a fee....I CANT LET YOU KNOW AS THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO DO SO!!!

Please some one help me how do I get to talk to a human?

You need to call O2 and ask for payment management. All numbers including PM are in this guide.
