On the subject of this....

Is the best way of helping a forum user get help with a situation sending them in the direction of the top-of-the-tree complaint section?

I'd have thought the best thing to do would be to recommend speaking to CS (where the complaint procedure starts) and seeing if they can resolve the situation over the phone?

For minor issues its often the quickest way of getting a complaint dealt with.

The links posted list the full complaints procedure from firstly contacting customer service then manager etc then crs then the Ombudsman not just straight to crs
