Changed to Sim only

I recently changed my contract from a pay monthly (including phone) to a sim only deal on the same number etc. My calls and texts work fine however I cannot access mobile data despite having 1gb of usage remaining. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Text the word "active" to 2020.
Save the settings that get sent back and then restart the phone.
You should be working.
