Can't top up via web?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have recently ordered the free £10 Bundle sim as thoroughly fed up with EE after they cost me £50 credit, and want to shift over to this card. It says all I have to do is top up and it'll activate, but I can't top up via the web, it goes processing processing then Error 500: Something's gone wrong. Do I need to use a cashpoint (ATM) top up or call or what?

Thanks

Use a cashpoint or voucher for the first top up, then register your card in your My O2 for subsequent top ups.
If you can't register online give CS a call on 4445 to register it for you.
