Very worrying....only seems to be affecting Vodafone customers at present. Not sure how this scam works if honest. A missed call which you never call back ...yet you get a large bill??

That's why it's scary!
Ofcom need to get a grip on this asap and not leave it to customers to fight it, as usual.

I agree glad i am not on Vodaphone and fingers crossed it gets sorted sooner rather than later.

Depending on how the scam works there's nothing to say it will be limited to Voda - It could hit any network !!

What's also worrying is that Vodafone are insisting that customers pay the bill. If this spreads to other networks, will they do the same? I mean, come on. Do Vodafone actually believe that someone would call an 0845 number and stay on the call for 12 hours?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
