Hi guys, 

 

I have an update on the issues with customers seeing charges for calls to 0845/0843 numbers. At OFCOM's request O2 began pro-actively began blocking access to number ranges being investigated by OFCOM and as a gesture of good we'll be identifying those who may have called such number ranges before they were blocked and were charged as a result to arrange a refund for those calls.

I agree with @jonsie about releasing a statement to the press/media.

It would

1) Inform customers from the start

2) be damn good PR for O2

Just an opinion as a customer...
