Hi guys,
I have an update on the issues with customers seeing charges for calls to 0845/0843 numbers. At OFCOM's request O2 began pro-actively began blocking access to number ranges being investigated by OFCOM and as a gesture of good we'll be identifying those who may have called such number ranges before they were blocked and were charged as a result to arrange a refund for those calls.

Good news for those scanned by this. I think o2 should be releasing this in the press for customers who will otherwise be unaware.
