Webmail not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

HI all, is anyone else having problems logging on to webmail? I can access my o2 accounton the o2 site but the webmail feature just times out and doesn't connect. Been like this since early this morning. Contacted o2 via live chat and got told to contact Sky (even though they're not my provider). Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't know why people are so keen to say o2 told us in Sept 2013 that we'd be closed down.  We are not being closed down, I have just been onto o2 Chat and was told categorically that they are not suddenly going to be closed down without any notice.  (We are still on Sky broadband, so I don't know if that makes a difference.)  Tech support are working on my problem, I'll get agitated if it doesn't get sorted, but not before.

Sky don't have any control whatsoever over email accounts on the o2 servers. Customers who migrated over were offered a Sky.com email account, but that's unrelated to the legacy o2 accounts which remain under o2's control.
