In Ireland, as far as I understand, one of the promises Three is making to their customers is an "Irish Customer Care Team". I take it as they will stop outsourcing it abroad (if they ever did that in Ireland that is).

It will be a while before there is any agreement and probably months of legalities and legislation.

IF the deal is agreed @Anonymous then the deal is expected to complete mid 2016 so it is a long journey.

If you are hoping this will mean am increase in data for you to play your online games? Who knows but not before mid to late 2016 as far as Three goes.

I think its better to leave all the wheeler dealing to those who know what they are doing...LOL

From a purely selfish point of view if my service improves and I am not charged through the nose for it...I personally don't care who takes it over.....though being able to use my allowances abroad would be a bonus Happy Dance
