You need to call O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can make one-off payments whenever you like. This will reduce the amount you pay for your Device Plan every month, but it won’t reduce the overall term. Get in touch if you want to pay off the rest of your Device Plan.
