I hasve received a bill notification that my next bill contains £60.50 of airtime charges outside my plan. What are they for and when?I have looked in My O2 and there is no mention of my new bill.

I can’t log in?

It won’t allow me to log in to my account, if it’s due to the balance being outstanding I find this rather stupid as how am I now meant to pay?
