Resolved! My Account Set Up Screen

Why do I get a "SplashPage_NoEmail.aspx" page, that does not allow me to select the Low Balance Option? I am on the Regular Top Up option and I want to change. I have tried clearing my browser cache but it makes no difference. Thank you.

My bill is showing but not ready for payment yet by direct debit.What happens if I click make payment in the app and pay early? Would the direct debit still go out on the correct day or would it automatically miss it as it's paid
