My o2 app

Has anyone else had problems with the new O2 app?Since the upgrade it doesn't recognise my e-mail. Can't access my account.O2 are supposed to be sorting this but its been almost 2 weeks and still no joy. Just wondered if i was alone with this problem...

Upgrade

I up grade my phone it was ment to come to day at (REMOVED) driver said it was wrong address on it and was quite rude are we getting it to day email is (REMOVED)

You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.

I keep seeing this, and through some links from a customer service sent to me while I was on the call I could reset and see my mobile account associated, but upon logging in I no longer see it (as it it was a duplicated account?)
