had terrible service from february last year

im paying for a phone that has no service most of the time since feb 2013 ,still terrible service but 02 says its fine,even changed sims but no use,feel ripped off.....im in lockerbie area anybody else getting this terrible service...02 used to be great until i moved here....time to part company after 6 years with 02.....

Yep, so non of that states a non o2 purchased, o2 phone, used on O2 cannot be unlocked?

That is complete rubbish because CPW do not lock phones - They lock to the first sim inserted which I assume is O2 - Therefore, o2 need to unlock it.... end of.

Just because the easy route has failed (ie, no code on system) doesn't give them a get out clause I'm afraid....

I thought only iPhones purchased from CPW locked out to the first SIM card used.

I bought the Nokia Lumia 520 from CPW. A couple of weeks ago and inserted my O2 payg sim.

However I've tried other network sims in it without issue !

Yes, it's only iPhones bob.
All other CPW phones are supplied sim free anyway.

It was supplied my mobiles.co.uk which I guess is part of CPW and was sold locked to o2...
