Webmail not working

HI all, is anyone else having problems logging on to webmail? I can access my o2 accounton the o2 site but the webmail feature just times out and doesn't connect. Been like this since early this morning. Contacted o2 via live chat and got told to contact Sky (even though they're not my provider). Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I'm getting exactly the same thing for 3 days now, right in the middle of the busy season. I had something similar with them last year and o2 said it was sky's fauly and vice versa. This time I decided it was less frustrating to sit it out in hope rather than actualy trying to SPEAK to someone about it!!!!!

To be honest @Anonymous you will probably be better setting up a new email account with someone else. I doubt O2 webmail will function properly again. There are too many people being affected this time.. for this to be a temporary 'glitch'

Looks like o2 are closing their servers completely now...as they stated they would. Shame for the people affected but it's been coming a good while now.

everyone try now I have just got in after 2 days and moved my important email to my new gmail account. also forwarded any new emails to my new gmail account. sad to see the o2.co.uk account after 10+ years.

so far I have change my o2.co.uk on various sites / companies 34 times!! amazing how many things you sign upto over the years!!

Toby, every time someone speaks to o2 we're directed to Sky. When we ring Sky we're directed to o2, so who do we speak to?
